Who you are

You're experienced: You have 3-5 years as a quota-carrying AE at a SaaS company, ideally selling to mid-market or growth-stage companies, with 3-8 month sales cycle experience.
You're entrepreneurial: You're scrappy, proactive, and excited to own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to close. You love wearing multiple hats and thrive with ownership.
You're analytical and driven: You're motivated by hitting goals, data-savvy, and always looking to improve.
You're collaborative: You win as a team and regularly share learnings. You thrive on feedback and believe cross-functional collaboration creates better outcomes.
You're organized and fast-moving: You follow up promptly, manage your pipeline meticulously, and never drop the ball.
You have high standards, low ego: You care deeply about quality and seek growth over credit. You learn from smart teammates and push the team to excel.
Experience with Hubspot, Outreach or similar CRM is preferred.

What you'll do

Collaborate with our BDR team (currently two experienced BDRs) to optimize outbound strategies, multi-thread accounts and create campaigns
Run demos, manage inbound leads, cold outbound and work accounts yourself, and create ROI-driven proposals
Build target account lists and launch creative outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Navigate multi-threaded deals with cross-functional stakeholders
Help improve our sales playbooks and materials
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and weekly forecasting
Attend sales and marketing events to represent Epoch, and work with clients and prospects
Work directly with the CEO, and product team to shape our roadmap
Act as the voice of the customer - sharing field insights to drive our success

Why this role is special

Be the first Account Executive in San Francisco: For the first two quarters, you will be the sole Account Executive with two-BDRs and the CEO’s full support.
Room to grow: Build the playbook, don't just follow it - with a clear path to sales leadership.
Real impact: Your insights will shape our go-to-market strategy, roadmap, and pricing. You'll be at the heart of our growth.
