The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Risk Operations Analyst ("Risk Ops Analyst") to support and manage workflows for all things related to credit and loan servicing. This is an exciting opportunity to join as Gynger's first dedicated credit ops hire where you get to define the role for the first time.
In this role, you will play a vital role in credit operations focused on cross-functional collaboration with both GTM and the technical teams to execute in the technical aspects of loan servicing, credit approval and re-approval process, and creation/maintenance of appropriate reporting functions. To be successful in this role you will have some background in finance or risk, be a creative problem-solver with a skill for navigating systems, and an eye for detail. Additionally, you will be in a highly technical and innovative fintech environment which may require hands-on skills with various systems.
You will sit on the Credit Team and report directly to our Head of Credit Risk. Since this position will be closely aligned with sales, this role will be based out of our NYC HQ (where our sales team is located).
Target Compensation: $60,000 - 80,000/year base
