What we are looking for
The Revenue Operations Manager will play a critical role in optimizing our revenue generation processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Reporting to the SVP, Sales and Success, this individual will have the unique opportunity to build out and lead the revenue operations function from the ground up, driving growth and success for PackageX.
Ideally, this individual will be based in NYC coming to our NY HQ on a hybrid schedule. However, we are open to fully remote individuals as well.

About the role

  • Manage and optimize our Hubspot CRM to streamline sales and marketing processes by configuring workflows, automation, and lead scoring to improve lead-to-opp conversion rates
  • Ensure data integrity and clean, up-to-date records.
  • Implement and maintain integrations with Gong and Outreach to enhance sales productivity.
  • Leverage platforms for call coaching and analysis, and ensure seamless communication through Outreach
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales forecasting process.
  • Analyze sales pipelines to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership by visualizing KPIs using tools like Tableau or similar BI platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Standardize sales and customer success processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Assist in the development and execution of revenue growth initiatives.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot CRM, Gong, Outreach, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with creating and managing dashboards using BI tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Leadership experience or the potential to lead and build a revenue operations team.
