About the role
This critical role, reporting to our Director of Marketing, will shape PackageX's content strategy to drive thought leadership and accelerate growth in the logistics industry. You’ll create high-impact content to elevate brand awareness, engage target accounts, and support sales at every stage of the customer journey. In this role, you will:
- Create and manage diverse content, including blogs, case studies, white papers, newsletters, and email campaigns, tailored to customer pain points and SEO goals across all key organic channels.
- Plan and produce compelling video content such as product demos, educational clips, testimonials, and webinar repurposing to enhance engagement.
- Optimize content with targeted keywords, link-building strategies, and multi-channel distribution to drive organic traffic and improve SEO rankings.
- Develop lead-generating content like webinars, landing pages, and CTAs, ensuring alignment with pipeline growth and revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategy, execute projects, and report on content performance and ROI.
- Manage content processes, including newsletter production, advocacy programs, external collaborations, and documentation to maintain consistency and visibility.
- Collaborate closely with the growth team and product marketing team to manage and maintain content for key campaigns and customer marketing nurturing.
- Evaluate content performance data and optimize content accordingly to help hit targets.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in content marketing and content strategy role at a B2B SaaS startup.
- Experience writing for technical audiences and personas at enterprise companies is a big plus.
- Experience flexing creative muscle to surface thought leadership narratives and brand messaging from sales - org data and cross-functional collaboration.
- A proven problem solver with an analytical mindset who can be scrappy and test, and learn quickly.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration that is action-oriented and receptive to feedback.
- Experience writing for technical audiences and personas at enterprise companies is a big plus.
The compensation range for this role is:
The comp for this position is $75,000-$85,000 annualized compensation. The final offer will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skillset, experience, and geographic location.
