What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of expertise in product marketing, ideally within the logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce industries. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for our products. This critical role, reporting to our Director of Marketing will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met and drive market penetration in our target industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategies & Campaign Development: Design and execute go-to-market plans to drive effective product launches, targeting the right audience and ensuring market penetration. Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, social media) to drive lead generation, engagement, and product adoption
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct research on customer pain points, trends, and the competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align on product messaging and ensure a cohesive customer journey.
- Content Strategy & Creation: Lead content creation for the website and messaging and positioning for the company with the Director of Marketing and CEO.
- Product Evangelism: Promote and communicate the value of PackageX solutions internally and externally through various marketing channels.
- Customer Feedback & Optimization: Use customer insights and data analytics to refine marketing strategies and support product development.
- Project Management: Oversee content and campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with KPIs.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3–5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Not required to apply.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-facing messaging.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing analytics platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: In addition to other forms of compensation like perks, benefits, and stock options, the salary range for this role is between $110K–$125K per year, final offer will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skillset, experience, and geographic location.
