About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centric interfaces for SaaS products while also creating compelling marketing visuals for social media, ads, websites, and more. Responsibilities
- Design Marketing Assets: Create engaging graphics for social media, online ads, event collateral, and infographics.
- UI/UX Design: Design responsive website pages and assets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Ad Creatives: Develop high-converting visuals for PPC campaigns and display ads.
- Sales & Event Collateral: Design whitepapers, presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote), and other sales enablement materials.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to PackageX brand guidelines and standards.
- Video Creation: Produce videos for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns, including graphics and animations.
- Data-Driven Design: Use data and analytics to inform design decisions and optimize creative performance.
- Visual Storytelling: Communicate complex technology concepts in a visually appealing and easily understandable way.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, social media content, ad creatives, and website design.
- Tools: Proficiency in Sketch/Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and presentation tools (Keynote/PowerPoint).
- Web Design: Strong knowledge of modern responsive web design principles.
- Mobile Design: Familiarity with iOS and Android design standards.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX designs, website pages, ad creatives, and social media graphics.
- Social Media: Understanding of various social media platforms and their design requirements.
- Trends: Up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.
- Data-Driven: Experience using data and analytics to inform design choices.
What can you expect from the application process?
All applications will be looked at by the People team who will reach out to shortlisted candidates. Across various interview rounds, you'll speak with the hiring manager and other functional heads. We want to have an open discussion about your work and how we can be a great fit for each other. The process may also involve an assessment or presentation relevant to the role.
