About the role:
We’re seeking a high-energy, curious, and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving our outbound pipeline and qualifying inbound interest. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospective customers, and your mission will be to engage, educate, and excite them about how our platform can solve real business problems in the Logistics and PropTech space. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of B2B SaaS sales, develop expertise in logistics/real estate tech.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Research industries, companies, and prospects to craft personalized outreach.
· Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls for Account Executives.
· Develop and execute multi-touch outbound sequences via CRM.
· Manage select qualified opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery to deal closure (Closed-Won).
· Clearly communicate the value proposition of our platform and APIs.
· Maintain high activity levels and hold meaningful conversations with key personas.
· Partner closely with AEs to build territory and strategic account plans.
· Collaborate with Account Executives on larger opportunities while independently closing smaller or mid-market deals.
· Log activities, contact data, and insights accurately in CRM (HubSpot preferred).
· Proactively follow up with prospects and nurture early-stage opportunities.
· Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and the evolving product.
· Consistently exceed weekly and monthly goals for meetings set and pipeline created.
Skills and Qualification:
· 2-5 years of experience in a B2B sales or lead generation role (preferably in SaaS).
· Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
· Experience working US time zones or in international B2B environments is a plus.
· Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools.
· Quick learner with a passion for tech and product-oriented selling.
· Knowledge or interest in Logistics, Real Estate Tech, or Facilities Management is a plus.
· Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
