About the Role - Sales Administration Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Sales & Marketing team. As a critical member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving our sales success by providing top-notch administrative support, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining our sales data and pipelines with precision.

This role helps power the success of our team and the growth of the whole company.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the entire Sales & Marketing team through meticulous administration, proactive follow-up, and top notch calendar management.

  • Help us run smoothly, execute efficiently, and ensure we stay on track across all stages of the sales process.

  • Work with many of the most innovative and impactful businesses on the planet who partner with us to improve their marketing results.

Details:

  • Manage and organize sales data, opportunities, and pipelines within our CRM process.

  • Schedule, book, and plan meetings for the full sales executive team.

  • Collaborate with our marketers to ensure processes are current and up-to-date.

  • Monitor and schedule meetings for the sales team and company executives.

  • Create and disseminate pre-call briefings.

  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and maintain organized records.

  • Manage data entry for all sales-related activities (Salesforce, Asana, & Excel).

  • Monitor client communications, delegate and send follow-ups.

  • Review leads and sales stages to produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

  • Track and assign tasks and reminders for the Sales Team.

  • Maintain efficient communication between team members and all departments.

Growth opportunities:

  • Champion Sales Enablement: Own followup and project management for comprehensive sales tools and resources.

  • Sales Enablement Organization: Ensure all sales-related data and materials are up-to-date and readily accessible.

  • Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Communication skill. Specifically, you’ll need strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise information flow within the team and with clients.
