About the Role
We're looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to create an exceptional environment where our team can do their best work. This isn't just facilities management—you'll be the architect of our workplace culture, designing experiences that fuel productivity, collaboration, and innovation. You'll own everything from seamless daily operations to memorable team experiences that strengthen our culture and help us attract world-class talent.

What You'll Do

  • Create seamless workplace experiences that anticipate team needs and eliminate friction so our engineers, researchers, and business teams can focus on solving hard problems

  • Design and execute flawless events including team offsites, client visits, recruiting events, and culture-building experiences that strengthen our team and showcase our mission

  • Build operational excellence by managing office systems, vendor relationships, facilities coordination, and new hire onboarding with meticulous attention to detail

  • Drive workplace strategy by optimizing our physical space, implementing new tools and processes, and continuously improving how we work together

  • Serve as the hub for cross-functional coordination, being the go-to person who makes things happen and solves problems before they become issues

  • Surprise and delight team members and visitors with thoughtful touches that reflect our values and create memorable experiences

What Will Help You Succeed

  • 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, or similar roles, ideally in fast-paced startup environments

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping details

  • Natural relationship-builder who can work effectively with vendors, building management, and team members at all levels

  • Resourceful problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous situations and can build processes from scratch

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and comfort with learning new tools quickly

  • Physical ability to manage office logistics (lift 50+ pounds, coordinate space setups)

  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Location & Benefits
