About the Role:

As a Senior Product Education Facilitator at DevRevU, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how modern product education is delivered—blending technical depth, AI-driven learning, and human connection. You’ll design and lead impactful enablement programs that empower our Enterprise customers to unlock the full value of DevRev’s platform across AI, product-led growth, and modern support workflows.

You will bring a strong technical background, fluency in AI concepts, and experience enabling diverse audiences, from technical end users to business decision-makers. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of education, product, and customer success.

What You'll Do:

Customer Education & Enablement

  • Design and deliver modular, role-based learning programs aligned with customer journeys - from onboarding to maturity.
  • Facilitate engaging live virtual sessions, workshops, and webinars that cater to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Tailor content and delivery using AI-based personalization and conversational learning techniques.
  • Build and scale certification and gamified reward pathways to deepen product fluency.

Technical Fluency & AI Integration

  • Confidently explain and demo AI-powered features such as intelligent agents, prompt engineering, and DevRev's automation capabilities.
  • Translate product capabilities into real-world, role-based use cases (e.g., support ops, engineering, CX).
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay ahead of releases and translate complex concepts into simplified learning flows.

Data-Driven Engagement

  • Define and report on key enablement metrics such as adoption, engagement, skill acquisition, and certification rates.
  • Use customer learning data and product usage metrics to iterate content and improve training outcomes.

Customer Advocacy & Strategic Influence

  • Build strong relationships with power users and stakeholders to promote grassroots learning adoption.
  • Surface product feedback and pain points from training sessions to inform product and support roadmaps.
  • Represent DevRevU in key customer forums, executive briefings, and launch events as a product and education expert.
Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of experience in product education, technical training, solutions engineering, or enablement, preferably in SaaS or enterprise tech.
  • Strong technical foundation with a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of AI concepts (e.g., large language models, generative AI, conversational agents, automation workflows).
  • Proven ability to simplify technical content and facilitate for varied audiences.
  • Experience using modern training tools and LMS platforms.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional startup environments.
  • Willingness to travel (domestic and international) for high-touch customer programs or workshops.
