Job Description
Help design and implement conversational AI experiences with our engineering team
Work on data pipelines that power our analytics and features
Contribute to performance optimization for real-time applications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Proficiency in one of the general-purpose programming languages: Go, Java, Python, or Scala
Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms through coursework, projects, or practical experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Development Background: Previous coursework or projects in web development, mobile apps, Linux environments, or any software development beyond classroom assignments
AI/ML Exploration: Completion of AI/ML courses, personal projects with LLMs, or experimentation with prompt engineering techniques
Performance Interest: Curiosity about system optimization and experience with any performance improvement projects (course assignments, etc.)
Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with basic cloud concepts, containerization, or any DevOps tooling from personal projects or coursework
Community Involvement: Participation in hackathons, coding competitions, or contributions to open source projects
Impactful Work: Shape an AI-native platform "reimagining SaaS for the AI Era"
