About the Role

As a Product Education Specialist within DevRevU, you will help shape how customers learn, adopt, and succeed with DevRev. You’ll create delightful learning experiences that make complex concepts simple, intuitive, and actionable.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys teaching, building scalable content, interacting with customers, and shaping product adoption through education.

You will work closely with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to design and deliver training programs, structured learning paths, and enablement assets that help customers realize value quickly and continuously.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Enablement

  • Support structured onboarding and education programs that help new customers adopt DevRev quickly.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and tailor learning experiences accordingly.
  • Host live enablement sessions for teams across time zones (primarily North/South America).

Training Delivery & Content Creation

  • Deliver live training sessions, demos, and webinars to teach customers DevRev workflows, best practices, and product capabilities.
  • Create high-quality training assets, including slide decks, step-by-step guides, how-to articles, and short video tutorials.
  • Contribute to our e-learning and certification content library (microlearning, scenarios, assessments, etc.).

Product Education & Engagement

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their learning needs, blockers, and adoption patterns.
  • Help identify opportunities to introduce advanced features, new workflows, or additional DevRev products.
  • Gather insights from training sessions to influence product documentation and self-serve learning resources.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report on training attendance, satisfaction, adoption metrics, and learning outcomes.
  • Use data to iterate on content effectiveness and scale education for a global audience.
  • Champion a high-quality learner experience across all DevRevU initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 1–5 years of experience in a customer-facing, training, education, or support role (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills—comfortable speaking to both small and large groups.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience creating learning content (slides, videos, scripts, manuals, or knowledge articles).
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms or customer success/enablement workflows.
  • Spanish/English bilingual proficiency (required for LATAM + US customers).

  • This role may require periodic travel for customer workshops and events.
